Terms of Service

Welcome to IntelligentVideos.ai. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the IntelligentVideos.ai platform, products, and services (“Services”). Please read them carefully before creating an account or using our Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, purchasing credits, or using any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy & Security Policy, and any additional guidelines or policies referenced herein. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.

If you are using our Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Account Creation & Eligibility

To use our Services, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use our Services. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.

You agree to notify us immediately at support@intelligentvideos.ai if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3. Credit System & Products

IntelligentVideos.ai operates on a credit-based system. Credits are used to access our three products:

Base costs include a 1-minute professional AI avatar video where applicable. Additional video minutes for Video Creator are available at 3 credits per minute. Credit costs are deducted at the time you confirm your request.

Monthly Plan Credits

Credits included with your monthly subscription plan (Creator: 50 credits, Studio: 170 credits) are allocated at the beginning of each billing cycle. Monthly plan credits do not roll over — unused credits expire at the end of each billing period.

Studio Boost Credits

Studio Boost credit packs are available for purchase separately from your monthly subscription, starting at $300 per pack. Studio Boost credits never expire and remain in your account regardless of billing cycle. Studio Boost credits are consumed after monthly plan credits are exhausted. If you cancel your subscription, any remaining Studio Boost credits remain in your account and will be available if you resubscribe.

4. Subscription, Billing & Cancellation

Subscription Plans

We offer two subscription plans: Creator ($50/month) and Studio ($150/month). Plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase.

Payment

Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current.

Plan Changes

You may upgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and additional credits are prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the beginning of your next billing cycle.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your account and remaining credits through the end of your current billing period. After that period, your account will revert to an inactive state. Your generated deliverables (videos, reports, packages) will remain accessible for a reasonable period following cancellation to allow you to download them.

Refunds

Credits that have been consumed (used to generate deliverables) are non-refundable. If you experience a technical issue that prevents delivery of your requested outputs, please contact us at support@intelligentvideos.ai and we will work to resolve the issue, which may include credit restoration at our discretion.

5. Content Ownership

This is important, so we want to be clear:

• Your inputs remain yours. All documents, URLs, text, and other content you provide to the platform remain your property.
• Your outputs are yours. All deliverables generated by IntelligentVideos.ai — including videos, video scripts, GEO optimization packages, copy enhancements, strategic discovery pages, video landing pages, sticky video code, keyword research, llms.txt files, and all other outputs — are owned by you. You may use them for any lawful purpose without restriction.
• No claim on your content. We do not claim any ownership interest in your inputs or outputs. We do not use your content to train AI models, and we do not share your content with other users.
• Limited license to us. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely for the purpose of generating your requested deliverables. This license terminates when the deliverables are generated and delivered to your account.

6. Intellectual Property

The IntelligentVideos.ai platform, including its design, code, features, branding, and proprietary technology (including our AGI Reasoning engine), is owned by IntelligentVideos.ai and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or proprietary technology beyond the right to use the platform as intended.

The AI avatars used in video generation are provided through our technology partners and are licensed for use within videos generated on the platform. You may use videos containing these avatars for any lawful business purpose.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree to use IntelligentVideos.ai only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that the content you upload and the videos you create comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

8. Prohibited Content

You may not use IntelligentVideos.ai to create, upload, or distribute content that:

• Is illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive
• Infringes on the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party
• Contains hate speech, threats, harassment, or incites violence
• Contains sexually explicit material or exploits minors in any way
• Impersonates any person or entity or misrepresents your affiliation
• Distributes malware, spam, or other harmful content
• Violates any applicable law, regulation, or industry code of conduct

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these restrictions, with or without notice.

9. Service Availability & Modifications

We strive to maintain high availability of our platform, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, update, or discontinue features, products, or pricing at any time. Material changes to pricing or features will be communicated to active subscribers in advance.

Scheduled maintenance or service interruptions will be communicated through the platform when possible.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

IntelligentVideos.ai is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.

While our AGI Reasoning engine produces high-quality content, we do not guarantee that generated outputs will be factually accurate in all cases or suitable for any specific regulated purpose (such as legal, medical, or financial advice) without human review.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IntelligentVideos.ai and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Services, regardless of the cause of action or theory of liability.

Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid to IntelligentVideos.ai in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless IntelligentVideos.ai and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in prohibited use, fail to pay amounts due, or if required by law. You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and contacting us to request account deletion.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including content ownership, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution) will continue to apply.

14. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes arising under or related to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If informal resolution is not successful within 30 days, either party may pursue resolution through binding arbitration or the courts of the State of Florida, as applicable.

15. Modifications to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a notice on our platform at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
