IntelligentVideos.ai (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your data. This Privacy & Security Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use our platform and services.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and payment information (processed securely by our payment processor — we do not store credit card numbers on our servers).

Usage Data

We automatically collect information about how you interact with our platform, including pages visited, features used, session duration, browser type, device type, IP address, and referring URLs. This data helps us improve the platform and understand how our products are used.

Customer-Provided Content

When you use our products, you may upload documents (PDFs, Word files, PowerPoint, spreadsheets, images), provide web page URLs, enter topics or text, and select preferences such as avatar choice, language, training type, and audience. See Section 3 for how we handle this content.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and improve our platform and products
• Process your credit purchases and manage your subscription
• Generate your deliverables (videos, GEO optimization packages, page transformations)
• Send transactional emails related to your account and orders
• Analyze usage patterns to improve product quality and user experience
• Respond to your support requests
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal data with third parties for their marketing purposes.

3. Customer Content & Uploads

We understand that the documents and URLs you provide may contain sensitive business information. We take this responsibility seriously:

• Your content is processed solely for generating your deliverables. Documents, URLs, and text you provide are used only to create the outputs you requested (video scripts, GEO packages, page transformations, etc.).
• Your content is not used to train AI models. Uploaded documents, URLs, and generated outputs are not used as training data for any AI system.
• Your content is not shared with other users. Each customer’s content and deliverables are isolated and accessible only to their account.
• You own your outputs. All deliverables generated by the platform — videos, scripts, GEO packages, copy enhancements, discovery pages, and all other outputs — are owned by you. See our Terms of Service for full details on content ownership.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate our platform. Each processes data only as necessary to provide their service to us:

• Amazon Web Services (AWS) — Cloud infrastructure and data storage. Customer data is stored in AWS S3 with encryption at rest and in transit. AWS maintains SOC 2, ISO 27001, and numerous other compliance certifications.
• Bunny.net — Video hosting and content delivery network (CDN). Your generated videos are hosted and delivered through Bunny.net’s global CDN infrastructure.
• Payment Processor — Subscription billing and credit purchases. Your payment information is processed directly by our PCI DSS-compliant payment processor. We do not store or have access to your full credit card number.
• Google Analytics — Website analytics. Used to understand traffic patterns, page views, and user behavior in aggregate. See Section 5 for details on the cookies used.

We do not sell, rent, or provide your personal data to any third party for advertising, marketing, or retargeting purposes.

5. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use a minimal set of cookies to operate and analyze our platform:

• Essential Cookies — Required for authentication, session management, and core platform functionality. These cannot be disabled without affecting your ability to use the platform.
• Analytics Cookies (Google Analytics) — We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with our website. Google Analytics sets cookies (including _ga and _gid) that assign a unique visitor identifier for aggregate analysis. This data helps us understand traffic sources, popular pages, and usage patterns. No personally identifiable information is shared with Google through this service.

We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or social media tracking pixels on our website.

How we honor your opt-out preferences: Our site detects the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal automatically. If your browser has GPC enabled (built into Firefox, Brave, and DuckDuckGo, or available as an extension for Chrome), analytics cookies will not load for your session — no action required on your part. This happens silently and automatically on every page. You can also opt out of Google Analytics manually by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

We implement multiple layers of security to protect your data throughout our platform:

• Account data is retained for the duration of your active account and for a reasonable period afterward as required by law.
• Generated deliverables (videos, reports, packages) remain accessible in your account for the duration of your subscription.
• Uploaded documents are retained only as long as necessary to generate your requested deliverables, after which they are deleted from our systems.
• Analytics data is retained in aggregate form and is not linked to individual accounts.

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us (see Section 14).

8. Your Rights

Regardless of where you are located, we provide all users with the following rights:

• Access — Request confirmation of whether we process your personal data and obtain a copy of it.
• Correction — Request correction of inaccurate personal data.
• Deletion — Request deletion of your personal data and account.
• Portability — Request a copy of your data in a portable, machine-readable format.
• Opt-out — Opt out of analytics tracking via the Global Privacy Control signal (automatic) or Google’s browser add-on, as described in Section 5.

9. California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act and California Privacy Rights Act:

• The right to know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose.
• The right to request deletion of your personal information.
• The right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information.
• The right to non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights.

We do not sell or share your personal information as defined under CCPA/CPRA. We do not use your data for cross-context behavioral advertising.

10. Other U.S. State Privacy Rights

Residents of Texas, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Oregon, Montana, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws have similar rights to access, correct, delete, and port their personal data, as well as to opt out of the sale of personal data and targeted advertising. We honor these rights for all users as described in Section 8 above.

We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. When your browser sends a GPC signal, our site automatically prevents analytics cookies from loading. No additional action is required on your part.

11. International Users (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) provides you with additional rights. Our lawful basis for processing your personal data is:

• Contract performance — Processing necessary to provide you with the services you requested (account management, deliverable generation).
• Legitimate interest — Processing for analytics and platform improvement, where our interest does not override your privacy rights.
• Consent — Where required, such as for optional communications.

12. Children’s Privacy

IntelligentVideos.ai is designed for business use and is not directed at individuals under the age of 13 (or 16 in the EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

We may update this Privacy & Security Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, services, or legal requirements. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a notice on our platform. Your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
